Warranty, Refund and Returns Policy

At King of Diamonds Industrial, we take pride in supplying high-quality diamond blades built for performance and durability. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within five days of delivery.

Conditions for Refund

  • The blade must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Refunds are only available for standard items; custom-made or special-order blades are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Blades that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Custom-sized, custom-branded, or made-to-order blades
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Shipping charges (unless the item was defective or sent in error)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at 410-891-5996 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the blade, we will notify you of your refund status.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty Policy

All diamond blades sold by King of Diamonds Industrial Tools come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Segment separation under normal use
  • Premature core cracking due to manufacturing faults

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper cutting applications
  • Blades used on incompatible machines or materials
  • Excessive wear from improper usage (e.g., dry cutting with a wet-only blade)
  • Modified or resharpened blades
  • Products used commercially beyond the recommended duty cycle

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us or call 410-891-5996 with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. We may request clear photos of the blade, and in some cases, a return for inspection.
  3. If the issue is deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the blade, issue a store credit, or provide a refund—at our discretion.
